Noob question here: With the Empress version I get the “Unable to initialize graphics system . GPU does not DX 12” error. Will it be the same with this one? It is weird as my cards do DX12.

LOL yes of course you will get the same error’s, this is the SAME version, it’s just packed different by ElAmigos. And Yes, Your graphics card might have DX12 “”……but if it’s old as fuck or shit as fuck……..it might not all of the “DX12 FEATURES”……this game has alot of them.

1. every armor, ability, even the material box with little resource is locked behind a BARRED DOOR or a LOCK, they even patched the game so that you can not use glitches to open, it’s frustration if you have to look up a walkthrough just to do a puzzle
2. combat sucks, parry system is glitchy, your combo is easily break up by enemies
3. game is TOOOOOOOOOOOOO long, even not counting the resource finding time in
UBISOFT game formula is frustrating, repetitive , don’t play it, please trust me, you want a game, not a job

and i have no doubt that by the time the last story DLC hits sooooo many mechanics in this game will be changed for the better, I would wait until it’s all out and see. Every update so far keeps changing shit and adding shit, i would be patient with this game and see where it goes…..i think it will be worth it to just wait and come back.
1) the armor system is awesome, well balanced, and you dont need to farm all the items just pick a set you like and upgrade it.
abilities arent that important, you can kill any boss without them, even at high difficulty, so i find solving puzzles as a unnecessary but nicely rewarding.
2) combat has been about the same on every assassin creed, its a stealth focused game with a basic combat system not terrible but i find it fun.
after 40h in the game i have not seen a single glitch with blocking, alot of other ones, most of them solved by reloading saves, which is barely acceptable for me atleast.
also not being able to “combo” mindlessly is a good thing… if you want a non challenging combat pick easy mode…
3) long game? what a curse… if you dont enjoy it, quit.. i wish it was longer
yeah go play MOBA then, you like short game right? the game is mostly based on story, quest, and lore, it is a good game for an RPG element
Some barred doors can be unlocked with an arrow from a window on the opposite side. But all the barred doors have another entrance somewhere. Look for them.

You had to youtube a walkthrough for a puzzle? HAHAHA. I bet you look up “lets plays” on how to breath or eat food too!
Gamer is right Eric. If you need to look up a walkthrough to figure it out, you need some better problem solving skills. As for game length, its good, would rather a long game with hundreds of mission rather then a MMORPG with a few missions and party quests.
I have 0 problems with parry, and the combo system is a little more realistic. You want combos go play street fighter.
Stay away from this game if thats how you feel, the formula will never change

Use Dualsense X, it’s not perfect but it is definitely better than not having the option to use it lol

unplayable, when the game can only be accessed till the main menu. When I wanted to start a new game, the game suddenly got forced quit. Idk why. I once ed the same version of them game on this website with the same pc and spec ,and it was trouble free i could play the game without getting forced quit. but now cant even start a new game when I reed this same version of the game on this website
@suck Yes, there’s a very good reason why the game quits to desktop. EMPRESS has missed a trigger which causes the game to quit back to desktop unless the system date is within a specific timeframe. That timeframe is 29 October 2017 to 28 March 2021. If you system time is not within this range, then this version of the game will quit to desktop when starting a new game (right before the intro animation plays)
